Our Story
How We Got Here
Efrain Gutierrez founded GTZ Integrations as a managed IT and cybersecurity company serving construction companies and businesses across Southern Colorado. The company built a reputation for reliable, well-engineered systems that just work.
The residential smart home division was a natural next step. Homeowners kept asking: "You do this for offices and job sites. Can you do it for my house?" And the answer was yes.
GTZ Smart Home exists because the same engineering discipline and attention to detail that goes into enterprise IT and security systems should go into making homes smarter, safer, and more enjoyable. We do not cut corners. We do not sell you things you do not need. We design systems around the way you actually live, then install them properly so they work for years.
