How fast can you actually be at my house?

Same day or next business day in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and the front range corridor. We block half of every weekday for residential dispatch. Call before 10 AM and we can usually be there that afternoon.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty terms vary by service. Wi-Fi Fix and Home Office Setup include a 30-day fix warranty: if the specific problem we fixed comes back within 30 days, we return free. Cybersecurity Audit includes a 30-day re-check on findings. Computer Support uses a 14-day discounted follow-up at $89 instead of a fix warranty (most computer issues that come back are unrelated). Each report spells out exactly what is covered for that visit.

Why are you more expensive than Geek Squad?

Different product. Geek Squad is a call center with field technicians who rotate every visit. We are one local pro who knows your network, writes you a real root-cause report, and warranties the work. Customers who pick on price alone usually pick Geek Squad. Customers who already had a bad call center experience usually pick us.

Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?

No. Every flat-rate visit is one-time, no obligation. The Care plans are optional, sold as insurance against the next callout. Most customers start with a single Wi-Fi Fix and add Care later.

Is GTZ Home IT the same company as GTZ Smart Home?

Same company, two service lines. GTZ Smart Home installs the lights, cameras, and audio. GTZ Home IT keeps the network, computers, and cybersecurity working. Backed by GTZ Integrations LLC.

What does the written report look like?

A short, plain-English document covering what we found, what we changed, what we recommend next, and any vendor info you should know. You keep it. If a different tech ever works on your network, they have a starting point.
