We walk every room and outdoor area with a real signal-mapping tool. You get a visual heatmap showing where coverage is strong, weak, or dead. No guessing.
Configuration Fixes
Channel selection, band steering, AP placement, SSID hygiene, IoT and guest network separation if your gear supports it. Most fixes happen in software, not hardware.
Written Root-Cause Report
A short plain-English document covering what we found, what we changed, what we recommend next, and any vendor info to know. You keep it.

Common Questions
What if my Wi-Fi only drops in one room?
Most likely an access point placement or interference issue. We measure signal strength room by room with a real heatmap tool, find the dead zone, and fix it. Common solutions are repositioning the existing AP, adding a single mesh node, or switching the channel. Often we can solve it without buying new gear.
Do I need to buy a new router?
Often not. We see plenty of homes where the existing router is fine and the issue is configuration or placement. If new gear is needed for the result you want, we tell you upfront and quote the upgrade as a separate Bronze or Silver setup.
Will you set up a guest network and IoT network?
Yes if your router supports it. Separating IoT devices and guest devices from your main network is the single biggest cybersecurity win for most homes. We do it as part of the Wi-Fi Fix when the gear allows.
What if the fix does not last 30 days?
Call us. If the same problem comes back within 30 days, we return at no charge to make it right. The warranty covers the specific fix we performed.
Do you do whole-home Wi-Fi designs?
Yes, that is a Bronze or Silver setup, not a Wi-Fi Fix. After a Wi-Fi Fix visit we can quote a full UniFi or Eero design if your home actually needs it. Most homes do not.
