I am not a CEO. Do I need home cybersecurity?
You do if you work from home with sensitive client data, your kids are old enough to be on social media, your home contains smart cameras and locks on the same Wi-Fi as your work laptop, or you bank online. The threat model for a normal household has gotten worse. The defenses for most homes are still the default ones the router shipped with.
What is the difference between this and Norton or Bitdefender?
Antivirus software protects one device at a time and assumes the bad thing already got there. We design the network so the bad thing has a much harder time getting there in the first place. We use endpoint protection too, but the network is the wedge.
Does the audit include identity protection?
The audit covers it as a finding if your household lacks one. We can attach Aura Family or LifeLock at the visit. Identity protection is part of the Care Plus plan if you want it bundled.
What is in the written remediation plan?
A prioritized list of what we found, what to do about each item, what GTZ can do for you and what you can do yourself, and rough cost ranges. You keep it. You decide what to act on and when.
