Common Questions

Can I sign up for Care without a setup visit?

Yes, but most customers start with a Wi-Fi Fix or Cybersecurity Audit so we know your network before we agree to monitor it. Care without a baseline visit is harder to deliver well.

What does the hours-per-month cap mean?

Each Care plan includes a fixed amount of remote support time per month. Care Basic is one 30-minute remote session. Care Standard is 2 hours. Care Plus is 4 hours. Going over the cap is billed at a Care discount rate (cheaper than ad-hoc), not free. This is how we keep the math working for both sides.

Why is Care Plus more than Care Standard plus Bitdefender?

Care Plus replaces consumer antivirus with Huntress Managed Endpoint, which has a 24/7 SOC behind it. If something gets past the AV, a real human responds. Plus quarterly on-site, after-hours emergency cover, and an annual external scan. The price reflects the real underlying cost.

What is NOT covered under Care?

Devices not registered at onboarding, software you installed independently, family training, smart home IoT (that is GTZ Smart Home's scope), Apple OS-internal issues that need Apple Support, and anything we explicitly excluded in the engagement letter. Detailed list provided at signup.

Can I cancel?

Month to month, no contract. We do not believe in lock-in. If we are not delivering, you should be able to leave.
